Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Uses standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to increase the quality of care and quality of life for the patient, family, and significant other(s) by systematically evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
