MDS Coordinator (Skilled Nursing Facility) About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and knowledgeable MDS Coordinator to manage and oversee the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in our skilled nursing facility.
