Provide immediate response to situations of resident risk such as allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation of property. Report incidents timely and to appropriate persons per facility policy. Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration. Communicate to physician and documents changes in resident condition utilizing both objective and subjective nursing assessment. Document and implement changes in nursing and medical plans of care. Stillwater is seeking compassionate & motivated LPNs to be a part of our team in our beautiful SKILLED NURSING COMMUNITY. Full-Time and Part-time up to 40 hours per week including some weekends. Our LPNs are essential support persons in our nursing department assisting with the daily management of the residents’ nursing needs and oversight of direct care staff. Certified Nursing Assistant (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Skilled Nursing Facility in a Beautiful Setting Seeking CNAs to Care for Our Residents We are looking for skilled CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our facility's compassionate care-giving team. We have all shifts available, PT & FT. The CNA will interact directly with residents, providing comfort and care, monitoring their vital signs and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for dedicated, compassionate and energetic individuals to be a vital link between our patients and the nurses and other facility staff. Salary is commensurate with experience. Tasks: Assist with daily living activities. This includes delivering meals to patients, turning and ambulating patients Help patients with personal hygiene. Provide residents with bathing, shampoos and showers Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart Assist the nurses and other staff as needed Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements, as well as Joint Commission standards Skills and Requirements: High School diploma or GED Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course Basic computer skills Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner") High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

RN LPN Nurse Evening Supervisor We are looking for a full-time, RN LPN Nurse Evening Supervisor to join our team. Some of the Job Responsibilities of the RN LPN Nurse Evening Supervisor Serves as a clinical leader for the 3 pm-11pm shift. Clinical resource who assists and coaches the staff using the nursing process. Helps guide the staff to make sound clinical decisions. Ensures the facilities policy, procedures and protocols are followed. Assists with the admission process. Helps staff respond timely in an emergency.
