Responsibilities The RN Evaluator/Marketer has multiple roles including care-giver, decision maker, client advocate, marketer, and educator. The functions include providing marketing, community support, and customer service activities in representation of TMC RRH. Participates in referral source identification, assessing the needs of the customer and making the requested number of marketing contacts each month in order to develop and maintain long term referral relationships to generate a continued flow of admissions to meet RRH census objectives. Functions also include collecting information about the client needs and development of an appropriate plan relevant to the rehabilitation setting. He or she plans events, provides tours, performs referral source inservices, acts as a liaison between the referral source and the RRH, and seeks out new business development opportunities for RRH.
