Collaborate with the Clinic Administrator for patient care staffing, matching patient needs with staff capabilities and experiences to maximize staffing resources. Collaborate with the Clinic Administrator on the scheduling of patients to ensure all patients are treated in a timely manner. Assist in the teaching and training of new staff members as directed by the Nurse Educator - i.e., machines, ROS, procedures etc. Act as the Subject Matter Expert and assist nurse educator with training for staff in all clinical systems. Ensure vascular access management for the patients is documented as needed.
