Job Overview As part of the Clinical Resource (CR) Team, the Clinical Resource (CR) Nurse plans a key role in supporting bedside clinical teams in the delivery of family centered care. The actions of the Clinical Resource Nurse reflect professional nursing practice with a team approach and holds an expectation to promote and maintain quality patient care, manage nursing operations, assist in teaching nursing staff, enforce procedures, policies, practices, and standards of the facility. Description Kindred Hospital Aurora is an all-private room, 37-bed long-term acute care hospital offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period.
