POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of your job position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the residents assessment plan, with current federal, state and local standards and regulations that govern the facility, and as directed by your supervisors. Train on personal care for clients with limited mobility: bathing, toileting/incontinence care, dressing, and oral hygiene in bed. • Review infection control and standard precautions (hand hygiene, PPE use, catheter and wound-adjacent care).
