We are seeking an experienced Outcomes Nurse (RN) to support our Structural Heart Program , with a focus on Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO) procedures, including WATCHMAN . This role is essential to maintaining compliance with CMS-mandated registry requirements , ensuring accurate data reporting, supporting program quality, and sustaining ongoing participation in advanced structural heart therapies and clinical initiatives. As part of a collaborative and growing Heart & Vascular Outcomes team, this position plays a key role in data integrity, longitudinal patient follow-up, and performance improvement efforts across the LAAO program.
