In collaboration with the Division of Quality Improvement (DQI), track and trend voluntary provider health-related critical and significant events (CSEs) to identify trends in substandard care/performance to inform the development of educational supports with the goal of preventing recurrence. Uses available data to identify specific gaps and needs in nursing and health care services, and develop programs to address identified clinical needs.
