This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. What You'll Do Oversees the management of single or multiple (2+) health centers and lines of service across contract(s). Manages staff processes typically composed of health center manager, and multiple technical Team Leads as well as indirectly managing all daily operational processes for Medical Directors and clinical providers. Assists in the creation of site-specific goals and measurements related to the needs of the client(s), including management of metrics to Performance Guarantees. Effectively communicates across the various sites and to stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging.
