Duties include: Monitor and document patient health, behavior, and treatments and reporting any changes to licensed staff. Support one-to-one supervision, safe patient transport, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Coordinate staffing, participate in therapeutic activities, and ensure care is delivered according to hospital policies and standards. KSA's and Competencies required for the positions: Knowledgeable in practical nursing principles, patient care, anatomy, pharmacology, and hospital safety.
