About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Restorative Aide to join our PACE Therapy team. In this role, you will support participants in maintaining or improving their physical functioning, independence, and quality of life. Working under the direction of therapy professionals, you will assist with restorative care programs in the therapy gym, day center, and participant homes while helping to maintain equipment and supplies essential to delivering exceptional care. What You'll Do Assist participants with ambulation, transfers, mobility programs, and activities of daily living to promote independence.
