Primary Job Responsibilities Assists the nurse manager in the recruitment and staff selection process for Medical Oncology ICU Team employees (primarily ICU RNs and other roles/positions/job classes ad hoc) Collaborates with Staff Development liaison and Critical Care educator(s)/CNSs to develop individualized orientation action plans for new employees. Coordinates orientation schedule for new staff including selection of appropriate units, and assignment of shifts.
