Description The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. The Wound Care Nurse will play a vital role in the assessment, treatment, and prevention of wounds, ensuring the highest standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive rounds on all facility floors to identify and monitor skin alterations. Capture and document photos of all wounds/skin changes.
