Qualifications Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of nursing supervisory experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state regulations, and long-term care operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with electronic medical records and healthcare software preferred.
