JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Summary The RN Inpatient Supervisor provides shift-based clinical and operational leadership for hospital units within a Florida behavioral health hospital and addiction treatment center. Ensure appropriate escalation, notification, and documentation of significant clinical, operational, safety, staffing, or regulatory concerns in accordance with hospital policy and Florida requirements. Support timely nursing assessment, medication administration, withdrawal monitoring, vital sign review, safety checks, infection prevention practices, and response to changes in patient condition.
