Coordinate care for chronic patients and monitoring anticoagulation. Travel to other MBMC clinics and Pods to cover as needed. Assist with patient education upon provider request. Perform other duties as requested. Position Requirements: Two-year degree in nursing required. Four-year degree preferred. Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license. Current BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months. 1+ years of related work experience required. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
