Job Profile Summary This role focuses on providing professional and nonprofessional nursing care services in accordance with physician orders. Job Overview The Clinical Manager oversees the daily clinical and administrative operations of designated unit(s). The Clinical Manager prepares staff schedules, requests, and allocates resources and ensures that patient care is aligned with the goals, mission, and vision of Tufts Medicine. Job Description Minimum Qualifications: 1. Massachusetts RN Licensure. 2. 5 Years of RN Experience with at least 1 year as a charge/lead RN. 3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. 4. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). Leads and/or participates in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary teams, committees, councils and special projects. 17.
