Administers medications as needed following CSHS policies and manufacturer's instructions. Takes immediate and appropriate actions in the event of a medication variance occurrence. Supports operations by demonstrating ability and willingness to float between units as an RN and provides 1:1 patient observation when deemed necessary Qualifications Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Miimum 1 year Radiation Oncology RN experience required. Current NJ RN License required. ONS bio/chemo/immunotherapy certificate or Radiation Nursing certificate preferred.
