What you will do as a Registered Nurse with Shared Services Home Health Care : Not only will you be growing in your career, but you will also be gaining another family. Regularly re-evaluates patient nursing needs. Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change. Uses health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis. Provides health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan of care. Visit clients routinely in order to observe and evaluate each clients’ physical and emotional status. Maintain the confidentiality of all client care information. Monitor nursing care to ensure that all clients are treated fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect.
