Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program required. Completion of a nursing program as approved by the State Board of Nursing. Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Provide wound care. · Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards. · Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. · Help coach staff as necessary. Requirements: Current LPN license in DC CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain) Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
