Demonstrate clinical competence and sound knowledge base in the provision of quality patient care. Ensure allergy test sets and emergency kits are filled, current, and up to date. Confirm that insurance benefits have been verified prior to the preparation of allergy serums. Regularly interact with physicians, other providers, and staff to identify and resolve problems. Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the field by reading appropriate articles, journals, and related materials; and by attending seminars and conferences as needed.
