Assist with front office operations, including: Answering phones Patient check-in and check-out Managing faxes and scanned documents Maintain accurate patient records and support efficient office workflows. Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Follow all infection prevention, safety, regulatory, and compliance standards. Support Mercy's mission by providing patient-centered care with professionalism and compassion. Perform additional duties within the Medical Assistant scope of practice based on clinic needs and state regulations.
