Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides general nursing care to patients, families and caregivers in the Medical Group practices. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists and advocates for the patient and families health in support of the patient centered approach and delivery model of care, and is an active care team member.
