Communicates frequently with team leader regarding patients’ physical and mental conditions. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing. Participates in the supervision of nursing assistants, and coordinates the provision of resident care according to the care plans.
