This role includes performing all duties of a surgical service registered nurse, supervising 24/7 operations, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The Manager must provide appropriate staffing, develop and implement programs and protocols, coordinate performance improvement (PI) initiatives, and manage inventory and departmental education.
