Job Summary: As the RN Unit Manager/Infection Preventionist , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a nursing unit while also managing the facility's infection prevention and control program. You will lead a team of nursing professionals, coordinate resident care, and implement best practices in infection prevention to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and staff. RN Unit Manager/Infection Preventionist Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, within the unit. Address and resolve any resident or family concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. RN Unit Manager/Infection Preventionist Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in a supervisory role in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
