Qualifications: Current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. Must be adaptable to various inpatient settings, which are determined based on skills, experience, and/or certifications. Experience, competency, and certifications as required by units qualified to float. Medical/Surgical *Plus Float Pool (Medical, Surgical, IPR, PCU, Emergency Department, Pathways, Brendan House TCU and/or LTC, specific Women’s and Children’s units, or SANE Team RN r equirements : Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience. Must cross train and maintain competence in two (2) or more units in addition to maintaining competence to work in all the Medical/Surgical units. Applicable certifications: BLS required. ACLS for PCU and ED required. TNCC, ENPC, and PALS for ED must be successfully obtained within twelve (12) months of hire. BSN degree preferred.
