The Liver Disease and Hepatitis Program at the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) and Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is a world-renowned hepatology program recognized for the work in prevention and treatment viral hepatitis A, B and C, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), diagnosis and treatment autoimmune hepatitis, alcohol associated liver disease and metabolic associated steatohepatitis (MASLD). This program operates daily hepatology clinics at ANMC, plus twelve 2 to 3 day rural hepatology clinics across Alaska, inpatient hospital liver disease consultation. teaching programs including monthly national ECHO programs on liver disease and cutting edge research that has led to over 300 publications. Work Schedule: 9 hour days x 4 days and 8 hour day x 1 day one week and 9 hour days x 4 days the second week with every other Monday or Friday off (9/80 schedule). Qualifications NP or PA with 5 years’ experience in Primary Care/Family Medicine setting, Internal Medicine specialty or urgent care or street medicine setting; will train on liver disease . Foundation Health Partners 1st Care, a family medicine walk-in medical clinic, is seeking an experienced ­­­­advanced practice provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their growing team. The Opportunity: FHP 1st Care is an ED-light clinic that manages a variety of health concerns, including orthopedic injuries, minor traumas, acute and chronic illness, and pediatric complaints. Our team provides advanced diagnostics through our on-site lab and radiology, with efficient access to an advanced imaging center. As the go-to community provider for walk-in care, you can expect that every day will present new and exciting challenges. Compensation : Base plus production model. $135,000 base salary with an anticipated $110,000 to $123,200 in production pay, for an estimated total compensation between $245,164 and $258,364 annually. $40,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits: Full employee benefits, medical, vision, dental, 401k. Schedule : Three 12-hour shifts per week, 156 shifts per year. No on-call duties. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME. Patients : Average of 30 patients per day, ages 2 days to 99 years Team : 11 providers who work independently in a collegial and collaborative environment. Nurse Practitioner Wound Care

Providence Alaska Medical Center is seeking a Wound Care nurse practitioner to join their multidisciplinary outpatient Wound Care Program located on the main hospital campus in Anchorage, Alaska. The nurse practitioner will help perform new patient consultations as well as follow up evaluations for patients with a full range of problem healing wounds, including follow-up for wounds seen in our local EDs and urgent care clinics. The ideal candidate enjoys performing procedures that include selective and excisional debridement, incision and drainage, biopsies and application of skin substitutes/bioengineered tissue in an outpatient setting. You'll work closely with a strong team of seasoned wound and lymphedema certified providers and develop a plan of care with providers of several specialties to help the patients’ progress toward healing.
