The APP will join two urologists that specialize in treating a variety of urologic conditions. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) maintains responsibility for providing clinical care in general or specialty area(s). Adheres to established policies and procedures for medical care, including documentation in SOAP format, adherence to formulary regimens, and utilizing available in-house resources for treatment.
