Provider will see patients in various venues of care such as personal residence, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. WHAT WE NEED : Ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of Palliative, Home Health or Primary Care experience, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Provides direct patient treatment, including but not limited to: assists with simple wound care and repair, joint injection and aspiration, administration of local anesthetic and digital blocks, joint and fracture reduction, and application of braces, splints, and other DME and soft goods.
