Overview Community Health Partners is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established urology practice. The APP will join two urologists that specialize in treating a variety of urologic conditions. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) maintains responsibility for providing clinical care in general or specialty area(s).
