Proactive Fall Prevention and Safety Monitoring Because this client is at significant risk for falls, the caregiver must remain alert, attentive, engaged, and safety-focused throughout the entire shift. This is not a passive companion assignment or a position where the caregiver can sit nearby without actively observing and assisting the client. Monday - Friday: PRN 8am - 4:30pm (8 hours a day/ PRN) Preop phone calls for surgical patients. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES : Obtaining a preop health history and pertinent information from patients to make sure they are properly evaluated prior to surgery.
