The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Makes the initial evaluation and re-evaluates the patient’s nursing needs during each visit. Makes follow up visits according to patient, family, and facility needs. Revises the plan of care in response to identified patient care issues and notifies the Clinical Supervisor, physician, facility, and other team members. What is Required?
