Ensure the community adheres to applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to resident care and services. Participate in quality assurance initiatives, audits, and compliance activities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or a Professional Registered Nurse as per state regulations Minimum of two (2) years of Licensed Nurse experience required. Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a skilled nursing environment preferred. Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate appropriately. Demonstrated commitment to seniors and person-centered care. Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules as required by the community. Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and basic computer applications.
