General Summary: The NP or PA assists the assigned staff attending in all aspects of patient care. This position involves practice in the clinical setting, including inpatient, ambulatory/outpatient, and pre-operative and post-operative care. The practice will involve care and management of patients requiring or consultation for ENT-related diagnoses. Care will include performing clinic assessments, admission, history and physicals, daily plan of care, and some minor procedures. Practitioner will manage the inpatient course in collaboration with the attending. Practitioner will coordinate referrals and follow up on consults to other providers and clinic staff.
