Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. ADN degree. BLS certified. ACLS within 1 year. Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year. NIHHS Certificate within 1 year. Complete arrythmia course within 30 days of hire.
