Review and revise unit-specific competencies in collaboration with unit leadership and the Clinical Development Department. Maintain professional skill and knowledge through practice and education. Develop and augment knowledge and skills related to teaching and learning practices. Coach and mentor staff to enhance care delivery skills to foster safe, quality care. Serve as an advisor to the Unit Based Practice Committee. Assure compliance of area-specific educational requirements. Maintain documentation of annual required education.
