Current RN license in good standing to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Master's degree in Nursing or Education; BSN required. Minimum of 3-5 years clinical nursing experience in home health, hospice, or related field. Experience in nursing education or quality assurance preferred. Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in home health and hospice care. Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives. CPR certification required. Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing. Possesses the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
