Responsibilities and Duties On-call support after agency hours for hospice patients/families with regard to comfort, symptom management, medication management, DME needs, admissions, discharges, proper documentation and coordination of care between hospice interdisciplinary team & facilities. Qualifications and Skills Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by FL State Board of Nursing Self starter, excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, dependable, autonomous worker, current clinical skills, flexible, professional and tactful. CPR certification required. Holds valid driver's license and current drivers insurance coverage. Schedule: Night shift On call Weekends
