JOB TITLE : Pre- Admissions Testing Nurse (Full-Time) GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES : Pre-Admission Testing Registered Nurse is responsible for contacting incoming patients to obtain and review health history. Analyze and assess clinical data related to the patient’s anesthesia risk and appropriateness of ASC site of service. Orders additional testing needed prior to surgery when necessary. Conducts pre-admission assessments. Obtain clearances and testing for procedures. REQUIREMENTS : Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN License. CPR required. BLS required.
