Every other Weekend Nursing Supervisor Weekly pay! $38 to $45 an hour, depending on license. Join our dynamic care team at Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton! As the every-other-weekend Nursing Supervisor, you will direct the total nursing care activities in the facility during each shift of duty under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. Documents patient information accurately and in a timely manner in the EHR. Administers vaccines, injectable medications (including long-acting injectable medications for HIV), inhaled respiratory therapies (e.g. nebulized therapies) and provides wound assessment and wound care as indicated; provides medication adherence assessments and counseling, and when directed, delivers directly observed therapy.
