Review resident records and monitor the quality of care provided to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans. Conduct case reviews and ensure that individualized care plans are consistently followed. Address inquiries and concerns from residents and their families in a timely and professional manner. Ensure the unit is adequately stocked with necessary medical supplies to prevent shortages and ensure smooth operations. Advocate for the unit’s interests to upper management and collaborate in addressing issues as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care (preferred). At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role (preferred). Valid RN License required. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
