The Assistant Nurse Manager provides unit leadership and management under the guidance and direction of the Nurse Manager. The Assistant Nurse Manager’s responsibilities include human resources management; day-to-day unit operations; regulatory compliance and risk management; and financial stewardship. The Assistant Nurse Manager oversees the planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluation of care provided to patients on the unit.
