Follows enrolled patients through the life of the trial, from screening and index procedure through all protocol-required follow-up visits (e.g., 30-day, 6-month, annual), coordinating visit windows, imaging, and assessments to maximize retention and protocol compliance. Monitors participants for adverse events and clinical changes, communicating findings promptly to the PI and treating clinicians. Ensures protocol requirements are met, including direct contact with research participants, collection of health information, coordination of study-related procedures, source documentation, and data entry. Prepares and submits reportable event reports (e.g., adverse events, serious adverse events, protocol deviations) to sponsors, IRBs, and regulatory agencies in accordance with the study protocol and established policies, procedures, and regulations. Manages day-to-day conduct and oversight of multiple concurrent structural heart trials, demonstrating strong organizational skills, independence, and resourcefulness.
