We seek an experienced, compassionate Infusion Homecare RN to provide weekly 1:1 IVIG infusion services to a patient in lower Putnam County, with easy access off the Taconic Parkway. Nurses are critical to the healthcare services we provide directly to clients. The Home Infusion Nurse will partner with our Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless initiation of infusion care in patients' homes. Qualifications: Applicants must have at least 3 years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience as a registered nurse in a home care infusion company, hospital, clinic, or medical facility Supervisory or managerial experience PREFERRED. Infusion experience is REQUIRED. MUST have experience infusing IV/SQIG and biologic medications! Knowledge of principles & practices of supervision, performance evaluation, and education. Knowledge of Federal HIPAA Regulations Knowledge of standard nursing policies, procedures, methods, and techniques.
