Accurately labels specimens and completes all required processing steps to ensure integrity and traceability. Ensures appropriate and timely delivery of specimens to the laboratory, coordinating courier transport or outside‑agency pickup when required. Documentation & Communication Maintains clear, complete, and timely documentation in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe and coordinated care. Clinical Problem‑Solving Applies strong problem‑solving skills to evaluate situations, identify issues, and implement effective solutions in a fast‑paced environment. Equipment Operation & Skill Proficiency Operates clinical equipment safely and competently, ensuring proper function and reporting malfunctions promptly. Maintains proficiency in required clinical procedures and adheres to established standards of practice.
