Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Subacute Rehabilitation setting preferred. Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of CMS regulations, New York State requirements, and nursing standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
