The Lead RN assists the Nurse Manager / Office Manager by providing clinical oversight and direction that ensures the safety and quality of the care provided to patients and families. Provides necessary coaching and collaborates with the Nurse Manager/Office Manager and Physician in Charge to facilitate the day-to-day clinical operations of the office.
