Nurse Navigator Breast Health Center 40D

Job Summary The Nurse Navigator oversees the multitude of clinical aspects of an active Breast Center, while working in the support of the broader Program in Women's Oncology. The Nurse Navigator is responsible for coordinating health education for patients. Works collaboratively with the Sr. Division Manager on the daily associated clinical activities for the Breast Health Center. Supervises the Care Coordinators as necessary. Assists in the research of the medical aspects of particular studies. Reports as part of the CNE Cancer Institute (CNECI). Performs other related duties as requested or directed. Job Summary POSITION IS BONUS ELIGIBLE Responsible for delivering professional nursing services, either directly or indirectly, for a defined group of patients according to emergency department and hospital policy. Job Summary The Nurse Navigator functions on the multidisciplinary team as an advocate, interpreter, educator, and counselor for oncology patients.
